Planet Bubble

Learning in a bubble has been a challenge for all of us. Here in Team 4 we've had to get really creative, thinking about ways we can stay engaged, keep learning, be active and have a ton of fun along the way.

Come and check out our entry for the Manaiakalani Festival in which we find a way to return our lives to normal. HOW?! you might ask... you're going to have to watch, wait, and see!

A massive thank you to Leonidas, and Mrs Lagitupu for their incredible hard work, and to all the beautiful smiling faces in our meets, we couldn't have done it without you

  1. Hi Mr Hughes,
My name is Kiarah, from Rm 4, Pt England School.
This is an awesome movie! I loved all the ideas, they were all very unique. Planet Bubble is an interesting name, how did you come up with it? Is the bubble made out of glass or an actual bubble? Awesome Movie, 10/10!

    1. So to Answer your Question is that the Earth's bubble is the Atmosphere. Because that is how we came up with the idea of a bubble helmet. Thanks for the cool Question.

  6. Hello Mr Hughes,

I really liked how Leonidas was Mr Jacobson in the future. All of your reactions were OUT OF THIS WORLD. I hope you make more movies like this one.

  8. Kia ora Team 4. I'm a facilitator in the Ako Hiko cluster. I loved your movie and your creative solution. I also enjoyed how expressive you were when people were coming up with different ideas. I'm now wondering if your bubble world becomes true how we will still get enough oxygen...

  9. Kia ora Rm 6 and the Team 4 collective,
I loved this movie as it was my favourite entry in this years' Manaiakalani film festival. It had such an original storyline, script and narration from Leonidas and Mr J was spot on! I love the collaborative effort and daily Google Meets across our school that have become our new norm...
Thanks for sharing from Mrs Carter (Rm 24 PES).
